Email enquiries

If you email us, your name, email address, message and technical message data are processed to answer your enquiry. An email does not constitute a booking or a contract.

The intended legal basis is taking steps prior to a contract or, for general questions, the legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Where no contract follows, enquiry data is intended to be retained for no longer than 12 months after the conversation closes.

Technical operation and admin

The website is hosted by Vercel; IP address, timestamp, requested page and technical log data may be generated for secure operation. Only approved Google accounts may use the Journal admin. Its audit log records the administrator email and the change made.

Journal images are stored in Vercel Blob and posts in a separate Neon database. These are not customer profiles and are not used for marketing tracking.

Cookies and analytics

The public website currently uses no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other marketing tracking. The protected admin may use a strictly necessary session cookie solely to maintain sign-in.

Your rights and complaints

You may request information, access, correction, erasure or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests and, where applicable, request data portability. Contact fanni@fwf.hu.

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, naih.hu). Recipients, transfers and retention periods will be finalised against the launch configuration.
